Head of Sales for CeramicSpeed Industry A/S

 Are you passionate about driving teams toward success, motivated by sales and numbers and able to create lasting customer relationships? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

From our base, and home market in Denmark, we are rapidly expanding our reach with distribution channels primarily in the US and EU. To strengthen this process, we are looking for a strong sales profile with drive and character to ensure the success of the entire sales team.

Referring to the Managing Director, your main focus will be to organise and grow sales of CeramicSpeed products to industrial markets globally. To be successful in this position, we expect you to create a strong spirit within the team, increase sales numbers, create repetitive business and ensure long-lasting customer relationships. You will be working closely with internal sales, R&D and other supporting functions.

We are looking for an analytical and systematic profile, with a driven character and strong motivational skills. We expect you to be the ambassador for CeramicSpeed values in front of both colleagues and customers.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Manage 4 full-time colleagues in external sales.
• Create and develop your own customer portfolio of Key OEM customers.
• Establish business plan- and budget for individual markets and key accounts.
• Follow up on buying customers to retain and grow business with known accounts.
• Establish contracted sales channels in relevant new markets.
• Educate and support contracted distributors to push local success in defined markets.
• Develop a marketing strategy and plan for individual markets applying a data driven approach.
• Follow up on opportunities, quotations, and results.
• Make sales visits individually and together with colleagues.

We expect you to have:
• International sales experience
• Knowledge of industrial components within bearings, motors, gears, drives or other relevant segments.
• Strong communication skills in English and preferably German, Italian, or other languages.
• Some management skills and experience.

The position is located at our headquarters in Holstebro, Denmark and you should expect some travel activity during the year.

In CeramicSpeed Industry A/S we are 9 employees, located in Denmark, USA, and Germany. We represent the industrial side of CeramicSpeed Group. Supported by R&D, and Marketing functions we supply ceramic hybrid bearings to industries like electrical motors, Food & Beverage, Pharma, science and more.
