The new NGI bearing housings are designed in accordance with EHEDG and 3-A design principles in order to meet and exceed the demands of modern production lines. The housings are produced in high quality glass fiber reinforced Grillamid. They are designed with a very smooth and round surface, which makes it impossible for e.g. bacteria and water to penetrate.

To improve the service life and efficiency of this bearing housing even further, it was equipped with CeramicSpeed hybrid bearings. CeramicSpeed bearings are fitted with the best ceramic balls available made from Silicon Nitride (Si3Ni4).
